The Crown of Elegua is multifaceted, multidimensional and at times misunderstood.
Elegua is also known as a “trickster” and is portrayed as both being very young and mischievous as well as very old and wise, encompassing the varying paths and phases of fate and life, like the moon.
As a messenger between Heaven and Earth, Elegua (Eshu) holds power to bridge communication with other orisas. Elegua is normally represented with two faces, for duality and reciprocity, but also to indicate his level of observation on Earth.
Black crystals are commonly used for protection, grounding, and emotional stability. These powerful stones absorb and transform negative energies, shielding you from harm and creating a safe and secure environment.
Perception: Younger people may see black as trendy, while older people may see it as classic.

Inhale- arms up
Inhale step one foot back a large distance, turn your back foot out slightly, bend your front knee while keeping it aligned over your ankle, exhale extend your arms out to the sides parallel to the floor, and gaze out over your front hand; essentially creating a wide stance with your front leg bent and your hips facing the side of the mat while keeping your spine straight
Inhale as you extend your front arm upwards and slightly back, opening your chest and creating a gentle backbend.
As you reach your front arm back, let your back arm rest on your back leg, either on the thigh or calf. Maintain a lifted gaze towards your front hand or slightly upwards.

Repeat on the other side
Inhale ground into the outer edge of your back foot. Exhale, move your
front knee towards your pinky toe. Deliver your
forearm to the top of your front thigh with your palm turned up for
Extended Side Angle. Frame your top ear with your top arm. As you
breathe in, reach your top arm away from your back foot. As you
exhale, ground your back foot away from your top arm. Stay for
another inbreath and ground your heels into the mat.

Inhale bring one foot forward between your
hands, placing it on the outside of your hand. Lower your back
knee to the ground, keeping your front knee aligned over your
ankle. Ensure your front knee is not going past your ankle and
that your hips are level. Lizard

Inhale and slowly lift your upper body, keeping your navel, pelvis, and lower abdomen pressed into the
floor. Draw your shoulders back and down, opening your chest. Straighten your arms and lift your
head, neck, and chest higher off the floor cobra

Inhale and spread your legs wide apart, aiming for a comfortable straddle position. Feel the stretch in
your inner thighs and hamstrings as you hold the pose. Seated straddle
lower your chest back to the ground, keeping your arms extended and your hips on the mat roll
onto your back, bringing your knees towards your chest. Draw your knees towards your chest and
then sit up straight with your legs extended in front of you (Dandasana).
Inhale to lengthen your spine, then exhale as you hinge forward from the hips, reaching towards
your toes, keeping your back straight. Maintain a straight spine throughout the transition, when
folding forward. Seated forward fold
Inhale east seat
sitting with legs together and folding forward from the hips, keeping your spine long.
Inhale and spread your legs wide apart, aiming for a comfortable straddle position. Feel the stretch in
your inner thighs and hamstrings as you hold the pose. Seated straddle
Lengthen from your neck through your tailbone, open across your chest, and move your
shoulder blades away from your spine. Let gravity do the rest.
Close your eyes.
Relax all the muscles in your face and allow your body to release on the
mat.
You may take your blanket and place it over your hips
As you rest inhale exhale slowly get up when ready
